NUEVA ANDALUCIA | MARBELLA

Nueva Andalucia was developed in the 1970’s as an extension to the famous Puerto Banus. Initially the villas were all around the first golf course in this area which was Las Brisas (inaugurated in 1968), followed by Aloha Golf in 1975 and then Los Naranjos in 1977, creating the heart of Nueva Andalucia.

Now this area has a further 2 golf courses, tennis clubs, private international schools, an array of shops and restaurants and all just a few minutes away from Puerto Banus, with some properties being even walking distance to the port. Marbella town is about 5 km away and Malaga airport in less than 45 minutes.

Within Nueva Andalucia is situated the area of La Cerquilla, its one of the few places where the properties are south facing and offer sea views. The plots here are also slightly larger than in the other areas within Nueva Andalucia giving you more space and privacy.
